Our Facilities Services Group (FSG) team is currently working with a number of clients on various projects. We have urgent requirements for process technicians to augment an existing team on one of our project sites in Dublin.

For each of these opportunities, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of approximately 3 to 5 years of experience. Ideal candidates will come from a process, wastewater treatment, chemical or general utilities background. They will also typically be educated to Cert/Diploma level or be trades qualified.

These projects require immediate augmentation with high calibre candidates with the above knowledge and skills. Specific knowledge or experience in the semiconductor industry is a distinct advantage

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Building Services / Mechanical degree, Cleanroom design experience (4 years plus post degree)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Building Services/Mechanical degree, Pharmaceutical/Microelectronics/Industrial/Commercial design experience (4 years plus post degree)

  • Team player, self starter, motivated, proven HVAC design engineering, HEVACOMP experience

  • Background in multi-discipline design consultancy, construction/site experience.

DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED
Design calcs (heating, cooling, psychrometrics, pipe/duct sizing, equipment selection/sizing), package formation and documentation for tender and construction packages, HEVACOMP (if experienced), specification mods

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide input to Site EHS Focal Point and /or site management.

  • Provide site management on various EHS issues.

  • Implement Office Safety and Project Safety Programs.

  • Initiate and influence integration of EHS policies and practices.

  • Assist in implementation of EHS programs and procedures to ensure compliance.

  • Develop and maintain general knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Assist consultants and contractors on related EHS issues.

  • Administer compliance tracking programs and record keeping systems.

  • Assist in conducting EHS education programs and issue resolution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Degree/Masters in Safety Related Discipline

  • Membership of IOSH or similar

  • 2 to 5 years of experience

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in science/engineering an advantage

  • 2 to 5 years of experience (Construction Safety an advantage and office based safety)

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management within the company and clients or regulatory agencies

  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary

  • Self-motivated and an ability to work on own initiative

We currently have a requirement for Document Control Administrator with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to assume responsibility and coordinate efforts of the project team. Good clerical, organisational and communication skills are essential. This position is for a 2-year contract.

Computer packages: Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel and Access

DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Logging/tracking and distribution of all submittals/transmittals

  • Filing and ongoing maintenance of all project-related documentation and CDs

  • Printing/copying of documents/drawings as required

  • Registering and hanging of drawings for use by engineers and maintenance of drawing lists

  • Attend engineering meetings on a regular basis to follow up on outstanding submittals with engineers

  • Scanning of documents as required

  • Loading of documents to Doc Control Data Base

  • Auditing Doc Control Data Base for contractor compliance in relation to project documentation

  • Assist in the training of contractor document control personnel on how document control process works

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Architect with a degree in Architecture, plus a minimum of 8 years post graduate experience

  • RIAI qualification a distinct advantage

  • Proven ability to run projects and manage a design team. Ability to manage and coordinate Planning, Fire, Tender and Construction packages from conception to full issue

  • Excellent knowledge of Construction detailing, building regulations and Contract Administration

  • Fully competent with Auto-Cad

  • Ability to work on own initiative, manage a team, meet with clients/consultants and meet deadlines

  • Experience in detailing Pharmaceutical and Industrial buildings an advantage but not essential
