IDC offers services for the complete life cycle of meat processing facilities-from the earliest planning stages through design, construction, startup/commissioning, and operations and maintenance.

We have assembled an integrated team of design and construction professionals with extensive experience in the storage, handling, conveying, processing and packaging of meat and food products containing meat. Personnel are available for projects varying from staff augmentation and consulting to large, full-scale design and construction projects.

We understand the layout issues involving meat processing and USDA requirements. We can design the most efficient layout combined with the necessary controls to enhance the consistency and quality of a product.

Many of our projects have included the latest waste stream management and abatement techniques-from a range of by-product extractions to the latest in air and wastewater treatments and the destruction and/or rendering of remnant materials. We also include odor control systems in our designs when required.
