Supplier Report Card Results (Back)
IDC has once again scored well on the latest of a series of Supplier Report Cards. These report cards continuously monitor the quality of IDC’s performance for a long-term client. This is the second consecutive quarter that IDC has scored over 90% on our quality report card with this client. We are graded in 5 performance categories: safety, schedule, cost, quality, and management systems. IDC had near-perfect scores in safety. Our performance against schedule has continued to improve over previous quarters. We’re also getting steadily better at working with the client to fine-tune schedules that suit both the client and IDC. The focus in this area has been striking a balance between schedules that set a demanding pace, but still allow our people to get the work done with high quality.
