Recent Project
Hershey International, Shanghai, China
IDC completed a design/build project for fitout of a 15,000-square-foot warehouse space for the storage and packaging of chocolates. The project included design, purchase, and installation of systems and features for lighting, electrical power, special finishes, HVAC, compressed air, utility platforms, battery charging area, fire protection, and three packaging lines. Designs and utility systems included features for future expansion to 22,000 square feet and the addition of two more packaging lines.
