Secondary Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility
New manufacturing facility on a 14-acre site approximately 60,000
square feet in size, with an approximately 30,000-square-foot Class
100,000 level production block. The facility design is flexible
to accommodate the production of a variety of cGMP configurations.
The facility includes administration offices, cafeteria, laboratories,
QA/QC, warehouse, mechanical space and waste management. This was
a grassroots project with IDC providing professional including engineering,
procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV). Services
