Fruit packing, horticultural, bakery, confectionery, and packed gift production on multifacility campus.
After developing an ambitious strategic plan for future growth, Bear Creek, represented by Harry and David mail order and stores, Jackson & Perkins mail order, and Northwest Express mail order and stores, retained IDC to analyze the anticipated requirements of their complex business. The outcome from the analysis resulted in a recommended operational strategy to best meet their long-term goals.

Specifically, the project focused on optimizing the number, location, and functionality of the existing distribution systems and infrastructure to be operated in the next five-year period. Services provided include:
