Microelectronics Facility
Sustaining services for an 11-building campus, including retrofit
and new facility design and construction. IDC has served at this
site under a multi-year contract since 1991. Our on-site core team
has successfully completed hundreds of design projects involving
facility engineering, tool installation, system integration/startup
and instrument calibration. In addition, we have assisted in developing
standard construction specifications, CAD standards, system document
management, sequence of operations and other documentation related
to the maintenance and operation of the facility and its process
equipment. Services provided include:
