Pharmaceutical Plant
25,000-square-foot, three-level production facility for pharmaceutical actives. IDC provided complete design and engineering services for this greenfield facility. A comprehensive process and utility design and mass/energy balances were performed during schematic design as the basis of design and for additional future production suites. In addition to process design, IDC provided architectural, mechanical, structural, civil, electrical, and control system design services. A validation master plan was developed for the new facility, and a documentation system was developed for maintenance of construction data and materials. Services provided include:
