Semiconductor Fab
New state-of-the-art 300mm production facility. The greenfield site
comprises a minienvironment cleanroom plus support facilities including
an electrical wafer sort/test area, a central utilities building
and an office building. The facility is designed in line with STMicroelectronics'
ecological vision meeting stringent energy and environmental criteria.
The site is planned for full integration of power, cooling and heating
requirements via an on-site tri-generation plant.
The project, a joint venture with AMA and IDC, provided architectural,
civil and structural design and construction management. Services
