Versatile, Unique Wall Systems

IDC introduces a wall system that can easily allow for modifications to meet the ever-changing requirements for fabs. These panels are provided with a variety of finishes and colors. The panels can have 6mm, 12mm, and 50mm thickness, which allows owners to choose from a variety of aesthetic and cost-effective products to meet their needs. The most popular, the aluminum honeycomb panel, provides an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. These aluminum panels provide high resistance to chemical degradation and feature static dissipative characteristics. Our manufacturing process uses a state-of-the-art automatic shearing bending machine. The panels incorporate windows and frames as well as provide designed allowances for equipment framing for future tool hook-up. The installation is easily achieved by utilizing our developed components to accommodate many ceiling and floor systems, as well as addressing outgassing characteristics. We also feature a unique 6mm wall panel system that has an identical cleanroom side and chase side appearance.
