HILL, our parent organization, is a global project delivery
company based in Denver, Colorado. This 57-year-old organization
with more than 10,000 employees and better than 120 locations worldwide
is one of the largest employee-owned consulting firms in the United
States.
In 1984 CH2M HILL created Industrial Design & Construction
Inc. (IDC) as a business unit to focus on facility design, construction,
and maintenance services to industrial clients, with a focus on
the electronics, food, consumer, and pharmaceutical industries.
IDC has grown to over 1,000 employees with offices on three continents.

 Facilities
West, a subsidiary of IDC under the Facility Services Group,
is a leading provider of facilities management services to Fortune
500 and midsize companies throughout the United States. Facilities
West offers a comprehensive project delivery system for facilities
management services supporting a wide range of facilities, including
high-tech manufacturing, health care, insurance, financial, aviation,
energy, communication, petroleum and food.
 Industrial
Parts & Equipment (IPE), a subsidiary of IDC under the
Facility Services Group, buys and distributes parts for industrial
clients. The company handles the purchasing and parts distribution
for clients wishing to achieve operational costs savings, where
IPE can get the best prices possible for clients in its status as
manufacturers representative.
 Aketon
Technologies, a division of IDC formed in early 2001, provides
software and hardware products for the high-technology manufacturing
industry. Aketon develops and licenses new technologies that solve
some of the most trying problems associated with fluorine abatement
of industrial effluence. These products feature extreme energy efficiency,
low utilities usage, integrated particulate management, reduced
footprints, and e-Watch monitoring. Aketon also offers facility
data management software, such as FabManager.
