Streamlined Business Practices
Part of our service offering is an assessment of our client's existing processes. We compare them to accepted industry standards and best practices, and aggressively streamline them to achieve optimal efficiency. Key performance indicators are developed and closely monitored to maintain accountability and customer satisfaction.

Customer Feedback
IDC employs a customer feedback mechanism to provide a way for clients and their internal customers to formally express their praise, concerns, requests and suggestions.

Metrics and Benchmarking
Benchmark metrics provides management with actionable information. Fundamental to our approach is a meaningful measurement process, driving accountability for sustained effectiveness down to all supplier levels. Applying performance measurement concepts, we customize a program to track and analyze standardized metrics for our client. These metrics provide the necessary management visibility over the total process. Focus is typically on customer satisfaction, quality, schedule and cost. Ongoing benchmarking plays a key role in our overall delivery process. The metrics we develop can be adapted to align with industry benchmarks or to highlight variances among sites and over specific time intervals.
